We are Sedona's most thorough home watch service.
After each inspection we provide you with a detailed checklist report, including a follow-up plan of action if necessary. We also provide contractor management and coordination for the full range of household services.
That extra touch:
Before your arrival here, let us know where to adjust your thermostat so you are comfortable as soon as you walk in. Our regular trip charge will be cut in half if this is all we are doing for you.
Send us a light grocery list so upon your arrival you will have juice, bread, coffee, milk, etc. This way you do not have to worry about stopping at a store before you arrive home. How pleasant it is if your arrival is late at night and you have some staples waiting! For this service your time charge will be approximately $50.00 plus the groceries.
Rentals-vacation or yearly:
Should you personally rent your home here is the process:
- Market your home however you find profitable. Have potential renters contact you to discuss all details. Should they want to see your home have them call us for access. We can then give you
our feedback.
If it is a vacation rental:
- We will do a walk through to determine if any
damage or theft has occurred. We can also set up house cleaning.
The WHAT IF factor:
Should your property encounter any type of problem we will contact you immediately. When a crisis occurs, and unfortunately they can, you will be glad it isn’t your neighbor watching over your home. You will have serenity because you have a professional service in place to handle these issues. We notify you of any problems and make recommendations to correct them.
We have a list of dependable, capable professionals and handymen who can remedy the situation. You can count on professional handling of your property and home issues.
We will organize the necessary service, meet with the repair person and admit them into your home. We will stay until the repair person has completed his/her work and lock up following their departure. We can also send digital photos of the problems or completed repairs by email. You decide exactly what repair is to be done and how much money is to be spent. You have full control and the final say regarding the satisfaction or outcome of work completed.
We will manage your home as though it were our own. We accept deliveries of all kinds. Should you have furniture delivered we will inspect to make certain there is no damage. We will keep vigilant watch over all aspects so you can sleep well. In short: we will provide a Safe Haven in Sedona.
